dear friends,

am back...when our long time awaited and cherished dream comes true, its difficult to believe that u r actually living that dream and not really dreaming...i always wanted to go abroad for a holiday but never thought i would actually visit so many countries and places....

i had taken european discovery package of raj tours, its for 14 days. then i again went to uk for a week. so in all it was about 21 days. but each and every day was full of excitement, thrill and a learning experience. i visited london, france (paris), switzerland (interlaken, geneva, villars, lucerne and mt titlis in switzerland) then to italy (rome, venice, vatican there) austria (innsbruck) then to netherland (amsterdam and rotterdam) and finally to blegium (brussels).

london has lot of museums, famous buckingham palace, big ben, london eye, madame tussauds, tower bridge, etc. but people are stylish and have lot of attitude. i quite dont like londoners...paris is beautiful, really romantic. the view of eiffel tower at night is breath taking, i was at level three and saw the whole paris from up there. switzerland is known for its scenic beauty and now i know why...one can forget whole world and just get lost in those lakes and ice clad mountains.

v saw colosseum and leaning tower of pisa in rome. venice is ofcourse beautiful and very different as entire city is in water. i couldnt miss the gondola ride...the surprising place was vatican. i had not expected but the church inside was just excellent. the paintings and sculptures just amaze u...and one feels some peace inside, i definitely felt some higher power there.

austria again is known for its scenic beauty. not many people know but its nice country to explore. netherland is a country surprisingly below sea level...quite developed and rotterdam is said to be one of the busiest port.

so thats my story...its been most memorable days of my life. the lifestyle, people, culture and thinking is quite different. so one enjoyes the change. i dont like to judge or think who is better, we or them. but one thing is same every where. as humans, v all like to be loved and some where one genuine smile from a stranger or concern from a dear one can give us a high which no luxury can give...

i recommend holidays to other countries or any interesting place to all my friends, all the hectic journey schedules are worth it....i have enjoyed it so much that i intend to be musafir, all my life !!!
